2026 Spring Smile Cookie Campaign

The 2026 Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign marked an unforgettable milestone for the Inclusive Play Project. Through the overwhelming support of the Kingston community, the campaign raised an incredible $232,286, with all proceeds supporting the creation of Kingston’s first fully inclusive playground at Shannon Park.

Approximately 116,143 Smile Cookies were baked by participating local Tim Hortons locations and decorated with the help of dedicated volunteers. Every cookie purchased brought the Inclusive Play Project one step closer to reality and helped carry the organization across the finish line of its fundraising efforts.

The success of the campaign was made possible by Tim Hortons, Ktown Tims, local restaurant owners, managers, team members, volunteers, agencies, businesses, families, community organizations, and every person who purchased a cookie, shared the campaign, made a delivery, or helped spread the word. Their enthusiasm and hard work created incredible momentum throughout the week and brought the Kingston community together in support of inclusive play.

The Inclusive Play Project is also deeply grateful to the City of Kingston for its continued collaboration, support, and dedication throughout the campaign and the development of the playground.

The 2026 Smile Cookie Campaign demonstrated what can be accomplished when a community comes together around a shared vision. Every cookie, volunteer shift, donation, and act of support helped bring a fully inclusive place to play closer to becoming a reality for children and families across Kingston.
